From the very talented Vada! I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened her envelope and these three beautiful cards were in the package! I have been wanting to share them with you and now that the 04/09 Technique Junkie newsletter is up and out I can!! Be sure and click on them to get all the detail...
This first card is gorgeous in the scan but you should see it in real life - it is so dimensional! Click for a better view and notice the pearls, multiple punched edges, shimmer on the flower heads, applique butterfly, etc.
This card features the Dragged Madras technique from the current TJ newsletter, and I really love the effect of stamping flourishes over it! The bird is from a retired Stampin' Up set and the poem is on the Rare Image GARDEN sheet.
This card features what is probably my favorite to play with technique from the current TJ newsletter - it's called Wet Stencil and you have to try it in person to see how cool the effect really is. Vada really added to the layered effect of the technique by punching out some of the panels.THANKS AGAIN VADA FOR SHARING YOUR WONDERFUL ARTWORK!!
